As a registered player, or father/mother/guardian of the minor person registered in this form, I give my consent for the use and publication by AFA Academy and its related clubs, of photographs and/or videos in which the image/voice of the registered person appears. Whether in written or digital publications, or social networks linked to AFA Academy, as long as their use is for educational, informative, promotional, commercial or journalistic purposes and as long as these are related to the club’s activity.
I have been informed that said personal data will be kept for the exclusive time to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and as long as the rights that can be exercised against the person responsible do not expire, unless a rule provides for a longer period. At any time I can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability and opposition by sending the request by postal mail addressed to SOLE MBR 777 BRICKELL AVE STE 1210 MIAMI FL 33131 or by sending an email to [email protected], attaching both cases name, surname and photocopy of ID.
I also authorize the AFA Academy to transfer this material, for the same purpose, to those entities that could provide management support services and technical service to the extent that it is essential for the provision of the AFA Academies services, as well as to organizing entities of events in which the AFA Academy or the related clubs participates directly. This authorization has no time limit, nor in relation to the digital environment in which it could be used.
