Can my whole team camp at Summer camp?
Absolutely! If you are interested in having your team participate in one of our camps or even design one specifically for your team please contact us here for more information.
What type of facilities will I be training in?
Dowdy Field features a full turf surface with a full 11v11 field and two 7v7 fields—perfect for running camp stations simultaneously. A kiosk at the park entrance will offer food and refreshments for parents. Kids should bring their own water, but we’ll also provide water and fruit during the midday break.
What should I bring to camp?
The items below are recommendations for a one week stay at the Summer camp
- Water Jug (preferably more than 1L, there will be a water fountain to refill their bottles)
- Sunscreen
- Soccer cleats/shoes
- Shinguards
What are the accommodation options?
There are a number of hotels nearby and along the sunny coast of Hollywood beach! Make sure to check out online for different options nearby dowdy fields if you are coming in from out of town!
